The rapper has been enjoying a good spell after his project has been well-received by the SA hip-hop listeners and his cult-like fan base, ‘SLIMES.’ A-Reece‘s body of work has not only managed to gain the spotlight within SA hip hop but the project has reached as far as Spain.

The album was spotted being advertised by Spotify during the La Liga football match between Barcelona and Athletic Club. Taking to Twitter, A-Reece admitted that his music does not come with dance challenges but witnessing his project grabbing the spotlight in Spain, he stated that he could’ve considered writing it in Spanish.

I SAID MY RECORDS DON’T COME WITH A DANCE CHALLENGE BUT THE FLOW DOIN’ THE TANGO I SHOULD’VE WROTE THIS IN SPANISH !!” Tweeted A-Reece.

Even though the Pretoria-based rapper received criticism for being an American wannabe rapper, his recent project has been praised by DJ Maphorisa who is also on the track Something To Fight For. A-Reece’s album comes with a mix of powerful hip-hop beats and graceful glides, it is the ideal fusion of old and new school.

The award-winning rapper created a remarkable artistic range with the aim to win over the hearts of both longtime fans and new admirers. The project features some of the renowned artists in SA music which include; Quentin Mille, Marcus Harvey, Jay Jody & DJ Maphorisa, Yolophonik and Emtee.
