Recently, the rapper has dropped a song where he has addressed the ill-treatment he has been receiving in the game. Being an independent artist isn’t working for the famed rapper, who recently disclosed that he can only be signed to a record label for two million Rands.

Taking to Twitter, Big Xhosa announced that he has signed under Ambitiouz Entertainment. This tweet attracted mixed reactions from his followers. “I’m proud to announce that I just signed with Ambitiouz Entertainment,” tweeted Big Xhosa.

In the same tweet, Big Xhosa, as his comic persona, went on to take a playful dig at Ambitiouz Entertainment. His aim at the record label went on to confirm that he did not mean what he expressed about signing with the label. “@Ambitiouz_Ent haha you wish msunu yenu.” Tweeted Big Xhosa.

Ambitiouz Entertainment has been caught on the wrong side of the law when it comes to treating artists. The label has been accused of underpaying artists with the recent incident being that of Intaba Yase Dubai. The Imali Eningi rapper claimed that he was being paid 3,700 rands every month at the same time he did not get his share of royalties for Imali Eningi. The likes of Emtee, Fifi Cooper, A-Reece and Priddy Ugly are some of the artists who have felt the ruthlessness of Ambitiouz Entertainment.
