Emtee Finally Announces Brand New Single “Good Time.” It’s been quite a while since Emtee graced us with fresh music of his own, but the self-proclaimed Mayor of Joburg is finally serving up new music for his fans to have a good time.

Announcing on Instagram, the Roll Up hitmaker revealed his upcoming single titled ‘Good Time.’ Emtee urged fans to stay tuned for its release on Thursday, promising that good times are on the horizon. “It’s about to be a good time Gang. Preorder my new single #Goodtime link inna me bio. Seeeen! Thursday. Stay tuned in. My life is a movie,” Emtee announced.

Emtee has been postponing the release of his DIY 3 album, but with preparations underway for a fresh single, there’s a strong indication that the full body of work is nearing its release. The multi-award-winning artist has been working towards putting all the necessary groundwork for the release of his album hence the delay.

Initially, Emtee inked a deal with Empire Music Distribution Company, aiming to ensure that his album doesn’t remain limited to South Africa and Africa alone, but rather seeks to extend his music beyond the borders of the continent.

As if that was not enough, the rapper put in place new management structures to make sure his Emtee Records Label is a well-oiled machine ahead of his much-awaited DIY3 album. Emtee announced a few months ago that K.O.’s brother Siya Mdluli is his new manager and expressed his excitement for the new addition to his brand.

“Ladies and gentlemen Meet my new Manager @scorpio_siya. My first ever official MANAGER with experience and a whole lotta wisdom. Olipa tingz agwaan. #DIY3. Tryna work? Hala at my dawg @scorpio_siya. It’s been a long time coming and things are starting to make sense. Grateful,” Emtee said.
