“Let’s reclaim our city,” Rashid Kay In Support Of SAPS Confiscating Foreigner’s Assets. Rapper and producer Rashid Kay has expressed that he is all the way behind South African Police Service confiscating all the assets including firearms and expired goods sold by immigrants.

The raid in the Joburg City took place yesterday involving over 50 police officers along with Minister Of Police Bheki Cele. The number of illegal firearms, expired goods and forbidden assets that are being found increases by minute. In addition to all the confiscation, it was found that a large number of people who ran the shops had no papers. This means that it was the illegal immigrants who were “contaminating” the city.

Rashid stated that it was about time that SAPS do something about the matter. Like many South Africans he proclaimed his will to support the act no matter how long it takes. “Don’t stop today, keep raiding for the whole week until Joburg is safe and clean. Let’s reclaim our city #JoburgRaid,” he wrote.
