Stogie T is one of a few famous rappers in South Africa to have put more effort in showcasing skills on rap battles. In fact part of the reason why his fan base grows by day is because of his abilities to deliver rare raw and realistic raps.

Lately he shared a clip of one of his past rap battles which took place 3 years ago. Quoting and cutting to his verses, one fan reminded him he didn’t win that one. Replying to the tweep explained that he was defeated because he wasn’t well prepared.

“I lost this battle. But If my tweet should tell you anything it’s that I went there with the wrong material, I overestimated the audience,” he explained.
