Why Kanye West Has Allegedly Been Delaying To Release His ‘Jesus Is King’ Album. The delay of Kanye West’s 2019 album ‘Jesus Is King’ has caused a great disappointment on fans who were well anticipating it. It was scheduled to drop on the 28th of September but didn’t.

The Yandhi rapper hasn’t come forward to stress the reasons of the delay. But according to the biggest entertainment gossip publication TMZ, he wasn’t all the way satisfied with it to a point of dropping.

“The album is finished but every time Kanye revisits the project, he finds something he wants to change — hence the delay,” reports TMZ.

Leading up to the release West hosted a listening party in Queens where he played the album fully. One of the people who attended the party recorded the event and put it on YouTube which has tainted the expectations fans have.

Jesus Is King does not have an official release date at this time.
