J.Cole’s 2014 Forest Hills Drive Album Surpasses One Million Copies Sold

J.Cole was said to be depressed at a point when Jay-Z said his only regret is not being able to sign Drake and his biggest signing was Calvin Harris. Cole has been the under dog his whole career but the rapper is finally getting the recognition he deserves.

J.Cole dropped an album with no features and he had produced the whole thing. The album has finally gone platinum and this is his first album to reach these levels. The rappers previous albums are both certified gold. The North Carolina emcee released the project in December and it debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. In this week’s album sales, the album sits at the #27 spot and is the fifth Rap album on the chart.
