Cassper’s ‘Sweet & Short 2.0’ Secures A Spot On Apple Music’s Global ‘Pre-Add’ Charts. Besides the R100 Million deal with Drip Footwear, Cassper is focused on delivering one of the best projects of 2021. He previously mentioned that 2021 will be the year that he drops more music that he has before and fans are sitting on the edge of their seats waiting in anticipation for the release of the project.

Cassper’s project Sweet & Short 2.0 is set to drop on the 30th of June 2021. With three singles out already, the album is making its way up the charts slowly but surely and has secured a spot on Apple Music’s Global’ Pre-Add’ Charts next to some of the most highly anticipated albums of the globe. Other artists featured on the charts include Billie Eilish, Lil Baby & Lil Durk, Gucci Mane, and Maroon 5. Cassper’s album is number 8 on the charts.

The Nokuthula hit maker took to Twitter to share and celebrate the news, with his followers and fans. His tweet read, “Sweet and Short is #8 Pre-add this week GLOBALLY! Please please pre add the album here.

Cassper has lined up some of the biggest Amapiano acts for his project. The album will feature the likes of Samthing Soweto, Abidoza, Kammu De, LuuDadeejay, Lady Du, Boohle, and DJ Sumbody. He mentioned that if 10 000 people pre-order the album he’ll drop the music video for Siyathandana featuring Boohle.

Soon after the release of Siyathandana the single flew to the top of the iTunes charts and topped Spotify’s Daily Top 50 playlist. Other digital streaming platforms Cassper conquered were Deezer and Apple Music.

Cassper also has people waiting patiently for the first official product from Root Of Fame, which is the partnership between Family Tree and Drip Footwear. Cassper said the first drop will be sooner that people expect!
