Here’s How Gigi Lamayne Kick-started A Celebration Of Her Birthday
While most were enjoying the VDJ 2019 this past weekend rapper Gigi Lamayne was curled up in her own world celebrating her 25th birthday.
It comes as a shock how young the Femcee is putting into consideration what she has achieved in the Hip hop industry as a woman. Gigi has pulled off the first Hip hop one woman show in South Africa #GigiGang. She is now working on a new album #JobWoods which already has two lead singles out Bhoza featuring Kwesta and Jou Stad with YoungstaCPT.
Around this time last year Gigi was reported to have been going through the worst in her life as she battled depression. The rapper attempted suicide landing in hospital where she spent two days. Reminiscing on the past ordeal the rapper thanked those who were there for her while showing off how she planned to celebrate her day, the 7th of July.
“Happy birthday to me !! Thank you so much for believing in , loving and supporting me. I am so so thankful. This time last year, my life was in shambles but today I’m a new human and it’s all because of #GigiGang . Thank you and I love you,” she wrote.
