Tshego Recounts How AKA Aided His Relationship With God. Many were grieved by the passing of AKA and numerous people have paid respect to the late artist on various social media sites.

Despite influencing and touching the souls of many people, the Supa Mega also played a role in uplifting fellow SA rappers in the music industry. Taking to Instagram, the Pink Panther appreciated AKA‘s 13-year contribution to the game.

“Just the other day we laughed about how 13 years ago you performed at a gig for us and it only cost a bottle of Jameson and gas money. For 13 years you’ve been solid with me no matter where I was or who I was with. 13 years dog.” Wrote Tshego.

Tshego also revealed how AKA played a significant role in assisting him to grow his relationship with God. “Every time I told you I was struggling with my relationship with God you tried your best to reassure me that he’d never forsake me. Well, here we are again, this can’t be God’s plan. I refuse to believe it, he added.

Tshego also paid his respect to Tibz AKA’s friend whom he died with on the day of the tragic shooting in Durban on Friday night. “To everyone that lost a piece of their heart that night, I’m so sorry. All I can say now is I love you my brother, and I’ll see you, Tibz, and everyone else again someday. Long Live Supa Mega.”

Tshego and AKA have worked together well in the SA hip-hop game. The two have a song together Chopping which made waves upon its release. Tshego has been in the other camp working with Cassper before he becomes an independent artist but that did not impact his relationship with AKA.
