The Platinum selling rapper has always been about Africa coming together as one, he even went as far as to donate goods to the victims of Xenophobic attacks in SA in the past years. It has now been revealed that he was more than just extending a hand to strangers but to his fellow people as well.

Cassper revealed that he actually has a Malawian ancestry and explained in what way. He shares this information ahead of his upcoming performance in Malawai.

“Performing in Malawi in December. Always special for me cause that’s where my family tree starts. My grandfather walked from Malawi with a group of friends and settled in Potchefstroom. Started a business from nothing and that’s where I get my entrepreneurial skills from,” wrote Mufasa.

The Good For That star is a close friend to many stars from various parts in Africa. He doesn’t only inspire solidarity but proves that people are more than just where they come from, but it’s essential to embrace their background identities.
