Blaklez Speaks On His Best Album

Blaklez Speaks On His Best Album. Blaklez has always been that rapper with songs that have a purpose and meaning which is why many have related and gravitated to the music that he makes.

The rapper took to twitter to share what his best album is which is his 2015 album titled A Broken Man’s Dream.

The album consists of 14 tracks which features the likes of Lady Zamar, N’veigh, Zano and many more.

According to the Lez he was given a tough time about the album because the content was apparently too emotional for people’s liking.

Even Slikour who is the creator of the online hip hop magazine and balcony interviews, ‘Slikour On Life’ gave his opinion claiming the album was too dark.

The Album has now clearly sparked a trend and has stood the test of time as the Déjà vu rapper has noticed that many rappers have now adopted the style of rapping about socially conscious issues.

“This is my best album. The game gave me such a complex about it. ⁦@slikouron⁩ even told me I was too dark. Four years later it’s fashionable to rap about socially conscious issues. Mzansi ne.”

Tweeps commented on the rapper’s tweet expressing that they are still big supporters of the album with one claiming that not a day goes by without him listening to it.

“Deja Vu, Not a day goes by without listening to it.” Said the fan.

Blaklez has opened up about his struggles with depression, explaining how the death of his mother in 2013 just before the birth of his daughter, left him in a dark place.

This goes to show that being true to yourself is important even when creating music because eventually people will appreciate it for what it is.
