During a recent interview with Slikour On Life, the rapper talked about how he started rapping and how he met other well-known rappers in the game. Jay Hood went on and revealed how he met Blxckie leading them to make their first song before both artists blew up.

“Blxckie we actually did that song I think two years back yeah man it was just like an internet thing you know what I mean we just heard some of his stuff it was me and my Milo my producer. We just heard his stuff and we’re like yeah he is dope let’s hit him up and try to work with him, we hit him up we sent him the song he sent us back the verse and yeah that’s how it worked.” Jay Hood said.

Jay Hood has not stopped engaging Blxckie ever since their first collaboration. The Pitori rapper enlisted the help of Blxckie to contribute to “Today,” one of his stunning tracks on his recent project.
