the acclaimed My City hitmaker extended gratitude towards her mother for an intervention that veered her course away from emulating P Diddy during her childhood. Fondly reminiscing, she recounted how her mother swiftly confiscated her cherished lyrics notebook and imposed a ban on indulging in the music of the American rapper.
“What is this definition of half man half drugs and she l took my note book away, and I was banned from listening to Puff daddy, only now I’m truly grateful because I could have manifested some really repulsive leadership subconsciously. Thanks mom,” wrote Toya Delazy.
In the wake of Toya Delazy’s revelation, P Diddy is facing serious allegations. These include sexual assault, sex trafficking, and involvement with illegal drugs and firearms. His homes were raided by federal agents in March 2024.
Several lawsuits have also been filed against him, including one from his former girlfriend Cassie whom he alleged abused. Combs has admitted to assaulting Cassie in a 2016 video but denies the other allegations. No charges have been filed against him so far.
