In a recent interview on The Beat London 103.6FM, Nasty C confirmed the sequel to Confuse The Enemy, which features Lekaa Beats and was released last month. The rapper explained that the decision to split the project into two parts came after the release of the first instalment. He and his team wanted to give fans more of the great music they had created, rather than releasing it all at once and risking it being quickly forgotten.

“The whole idea of breaking it into two parts happened after we already had the project. We were like this is too good, we should break this up man so that people can really get time to soak in the music and just appreciate it and make memories and stuff like that,” Nasty C said.

The Juice Back hitmaker further explained that he didn’t want to drop the project all at once with a large chunk of 12 or more songs. He felt that if he did, listeners would simply gravitate toward their favourite tracks and quickly forget about the rest.

Instead, he believed that releasing the project in two parts would generate more anticipation and give each song the attention it deserved. By splitting the release, he aimed to create a lasting impact and maintain the appeal of their music, ensuring that fans would remain engaged and appreciate the project as a whole. “If we give it to them as a 12 piece, you know they just gonna run through it once, pick their favourites and kinda forget about the rest. So that’s where the whole idea came from,” he added.

When discussing the collaborations on the project, Nasty C expressed his excitement about working with Tiwa Savage. “As far as the features, we’ve been blessed, I’m really excited about the one with Tiwa. That’s one of my favourites right there, I can’t wait for people to hear that,” he said.
