Sho Madjozi Reacts To Being Blackmailed By A Fan. SA rappers encounter several types of criticism, which can be related to their music, a live show performance gone bad, or a partnership with a company. However, blackmailing among the fans has not been documented on a vast scale, whether it be minor or large-scale extortion.
Taking to Instagram, Sho Madjozi has fallen victim to being blackmailed by one of his fans via an Instagram DM. Taking from the message sent to her, the blackmailer threatened to kill himself by drinking JIK if Sho doesn’t post a certain picture of her on Instagram. “If you don’t post this on your page and Twitter I’m drinking JIK NOWWWW,” read the message.
In response, Sho Madjoz went on and fulfilled the wishes of her fan and uploaded the picture. She then expressed that blackmailing is not a good thing. “Blackmail is not cool,” she wrote in a caption of the image she has been told to upload.
Ever since her cameo in the entertainment industry, Sho Madjozi has received nothing but love from her fans. From young kids to adults, the rapper has won the hearts of many South Africans. Recently, she received love from her fans after the book signing for her new children’s book, Shoma and The Stars, at the Mall of Africa.
The book signing took place at Bargain Books and was the final stop of the “Sho Madjozi Book Tour” in December. She visited different Bargain Books in Cape Town: V&A Waterfront, Blue Route Mall, and Cape Gate Mall.
“Where’s that tweet that was asking when schools are reopening ? 😂 I’m on my way back to 🇿🇦 , your kids can come hang out with me on my #shoma and the stars book tour,” she tweeted.
