Rising rap sensation Tyson Sybateli is on cloud nine as his latest mixtape, “Present,” continues to dominate the Apple Music charts, securing the top spot for SA Hip-hop music projects upon its release a few days ago.
Taking to Instagram, Tyson expressed gratitude in celebration of his music project’s success stating that Present mixtape is currently the biggest SA hip-hop project on Apple Music. “Present. Is currently the biggest South African Hip-Hop project.” 🔥🐍
“Thank every single one of you, I been in the moment enjoying how light this made my soul feel. God bless you all man,” wrote Tyson Sybateli.
Not only is he getting the glory and the success of his project all to himself, but the rapper also housed brilliant SA hip-hop acts. Tyson collaborated with the likes of Priddy Ugly, Thato Saul, and Ben September amongst others.
The Durban rapper still has a lot of music to offer to his fans as he explained his decision to drop a mixtape before releasing a new album.
“The album release from comparison and it like got this album experience. I expect this same experience or more different with the next #$– and it sets the expectation very high and I don’t want that, I want this to feel like fun and I want to enjoy myself you know, I enjoy the process.” He said during the launch of the ‘Present’ mixtape on Sobering Podcast.
