5 Times Sarkodie Made History At The BET Awards. Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie who is a great success in the Hip hop field hasn’t only been winning at home but globally as well. His talent and work ethic has led to him receiving global recognition.

The rapper last night won the BET Award for Best International Flow which Nasty C was also nominated at. The category was the first of it’s kind and Sarkodie won. During his speech of gratitude, he stated how Africa was shining brighter than before in the eyes of the world.

“I just want to say thank you to the Almighty God. To family, this one is for my lil girl Titi…. I think Africa has always had it and it is about that time. This year is the Year of Return and I will urge each and every one of you here to take a trip back home,” he said.
