AKA critiques the music rappers are putting out and it’s only right because he is the leader of the pack at this point.The rapper who has been working on his third studio album has been looking at music from a very different perspective than he used to.

The Supa Mega released his first single of 2015 sometime in February and he made history by becoming the first SA artist to reach 1 000 000 youtube views in only 10 days. AKA went on to debut One time which is a pop record on Live Amp and he found himself being criticised for singing and changing his whole style.

AKA later explained how his music has been getting love from places that would have ignored it had he not switched up his whole style. ‘Make Me Sing’ has been getting airplay in countries like Senegal, Rwanda and Cameroon which is major. “Niggas making music that will have them stuck between JHB, CPT and DBN their whole lives” said AKA.
