Earlier today, Cash Money Records co-CEO and Rich Gang boss Birdman made an appearance on ESPN’s Highly Questionable, which garnered a very interesting response from Lil Wayne on Twitter. The same Lil Wayne that is fighting to get out of his contract with Cash Money Records and is suing Birdman for upwards of $53 million. One of the more interesting moments during the interview came when co-host Dan LeBatard asked Birdman to address the rumor that he once slept on $1 million in cash.

Not only did Birdman confirm the rumor, but shared that he frequently sleeps on his money. Bomani Jones followed that up with his now trademark stare, which is akin to “Tim Duncan Face,” and asked if it is even comfortable to sleep on a bed of money. To which he replied that his bed is so big that no matter how much you maneuver, you’re still smack dab in the middle of it.

Now if you were wondering how one keeps $1 million in cash safe, Birdman gave a rather direct response. “I still sleep on a million dollar cash. That’s just an infatuation for me in life. I do that and I’m gonna do that until I die. I got a million dollars on my mattress under my sheets. I just feel the need to do that. I was fortunate enough to be blessed enough to do it. I sleep on it every night with my Versace bedspread on top of it” said Birdman.
