Cassper Extends Donations To Mafikeng Residents Ahead Of #FillUpMmabathoStadium. This Saturday, all roads lead to the highly anticipated #FillMmabathoStadium event in Mafikeng, with Cassper Nyovest promising an unforgettable performance for the people of his hometown.
Cassper has been all hands on deck to make sure that everything goes according to plan come the day of the event. The rapper has been spending most of his time in Mafikeng engaging with the people and setting the mood for his traditional FillUp.
Taking to Twitter, Nyovest announced that he has donated 100 pairs of Root Of Fame sneakers in a bid to merge fashion and music ahead of the concert. The award-winning hip-hop muso also extended his donation by inviting children to the FillUp concert free of charge.
“In the spirit of giving back FILL UP has bought 100 rootoffame sneakers and donated them. This is a collaboration of Fashion and Music for a purposeful outcome. We also extended an invite for the children to come watch #FillUpMmabatho for free this Saturday.” Tweeted Cassper.
The rapper went on to express his heartfelt appreciation to the Mafikeng authorities and everyone who helped locate the residences in desperate need of aid. “Special gratitude goes out to the Honorable Mayor for taking his time to being with us, the volunteers that constantly give their hearts out in helping the children and Department of Social Development for going the extra mile in helping us identifying these homes.” He added in a tweet.
The preparation for the FillUp concert has been used by Mufasa as an opportunity to show his support for the people of his Mafikeng hometown. The rapper previously announced that he will be offering internship opportunities to the young people of Mafikeng during the concert.
