Lil Yachty Speaks On Soulja Boys Arrest For Violating Probation. It’s been reported that Soulja Boy has been arrested in LA for violating his probation, after cops found a gun in his home after they got a tip that he was waving guns on social media threatening people with it.
The probation stems from a 2014 gun case, and of course, you can’t have weapons on you while you’re on probation. He’s currently being held in a Hollywood jail. Lil Yachty took to Twitter and tweeted:
“Finally the Feds put the social media Al Capone to rest. For Now Atleast.”
The Atlanta rapper is not allowed to possess a weapon, but one was found in his house during an LAPD search of the premises. Law enforcement received a Crime Stoppers tip that Soulja had been making numerous threats to people on social media, TMZ reports.
