Jim Jones Inks Deal With Jay Z’s Roc Nation

Jim Jones Inks new Deal With his former enemy Jay-Z’s Roc Nation. The Harlem rapper has been in the game for a very long time and there was even a time when he was on top of the game with the Diplomats i.e Juelz Santana and Camron.

According to a press release, Roc Nation offered a management deal “to oversee all Jim Jones platforms including music, fashion, acting and more.”

Jim Jones and Jay-Z were enemies about a decade ago and they even released a couple of diss tracks aimed at each other. On Jay Z’s end, he went on to flip Jones’ “We Fly High” record for “Brooklyn High,” which took aim at the Harlem rapper and the rest of Dipset.

“The fact that people are ready to forget the past and help me move forward to the next step of my career is very inspiring,” Jones said in the press release.  “As you get older you realize that most of your peers are either dead or in jail. The fact that we can move past the BS is a testimony of how much we have grown.”
