Cassper Emphasises That He Doesn’t Make Music To Impress Rappers

Cassper Nyovest is certainly gunning for the number one spot. With his new video generating over 300k YouTube views in only 3 days, the rapper is enjoying his reign as the first South African artist to reach this milestone in such a short space of time. In just three days, Cassper’s video to his latest single “Tito Mboweni” has passed the half a million mark on YouTube, “a milestone it takes most major music videos months to achieve.

There’s no doubt that Abuti Fill Up will reach a million in just a week. Feeling proud of himself, Cassper took to Instagram to point out that he makes music for the people and not to impress rappers.

“I don’t make music to impress rappers. You’ll never see 40 000 rappers in a stadium supporting another rapper. I make music for the people… we about to hit half a mill with the Tito Mboweni video!!! Link in my Bio” – He wrote on his Instagram post.
