The Big Hash Shares The Real-Life Story Behind His New Single “Clown”. This has been the case with The Big Hash following the release of his recent single “Clown.”

Behind every powerful song lies a personal story, and “Clown” is no exception. Speaking on the My Vault Session, The Big Hash said the song drew from a deeply painful experience in a relationship, which became the foundation for the track’s emotional intensity.

The feelings of betrayal and heartbreak he experienced were the catalyst for the song’s creation. As he grappled with the aftermath of the failed relationship, he found solace and therapy in writing the lyrics and composing the melody, allowing him to process his emotions in a healthy way.

“So this was a relationship that I had just gotten out of, I wouldn’t necessarily call it a relationship because it wasn’t good for me. And when I left, it took me a while mentally to also leave because I was still stuck there and a couple of my friends were going through the same situation,” he said.

He added; “and it’s a general question, but it’s also a demand to say yo, dont call me a man if you’re gonna take me as a clown. And im proud of it.”

Recording “Clown” was a cathartic experience for The Big Hash. As he poured his heart into every line, he felt a sense of redemption. The rapper said that it didn’t take him time to record the song through the assistance of one of the producers he merely trusts.

“It took me a full day, I would say from the afternoon going into the night. But when I left the studio it was done,” said The Big Hash. “I called over a producer called Eyrie. I heard something from Eyrie that he did like with Dooushii on another project, and I was like bro I need you out here. So I called him and I was here with Lee Global.”
