In a snippet shared on MTV Base Instagram page for the upcoming episode of Love And Hip Hop South Africa, the self-proclaimed North god reveals his meeting with Bongani Fassie. Da L.E.S said that after the passing away of Riky Rick and AKA he saw it fit to mend things with Bongani.

The rapper said that he felt that Bongani Fassie owes him an apology hence the reason behind their meeting. “After losing Kiernan, and losing Riky, I’m actually going to be meeting Bongani Fassie again after leaving us,” Da L.E.S said. “I feel like he owes me an apology,” he added.

Da L.E.S revealed the state of his relationship with Bongani was in tatters in an interview with Lasizwe. The rapper made it clear that he will never work with his fellow artist stating that there have been a lot of back and forth along with lies amongst them.

“I am going to be honest, Bongani Fassie. Even though we started together I just don’t wanna work with him ever again.” Said Da L.E.S after being asked to mention one person he will never want to work with again in the music industry.

I just surpassed that stage in my life…Over the years there has just been a lot of back and forths and a lot of lies and at some point in your life as a grown-up, you need to be able to say ‘you know what, I am okay I will catch you, and I am not shy to say it, it is what it is. let’s keep the energy like that.”

In an interview with MacG on Podcast And Chil, Da L.E.S. addressed his relationship with Bongani and explained why he was upset with him. “My pain started to occur when I was like damn this guy brought me into this shit and he’s not listening to me. When he left a lot of pressure was on me.”
