Sjava Receives Musician Of The Year Award In Protest Fashion! Sjava is one of the most influential voices in the SA Hip Hop industry who is commended for the messages he often has in his music.
The rapper was recently awarded the award for musician of the year award at the Feathers Awards ceremony. The award ceremony is hosted by Chevrolet, it represents and celebrates the LGBTI community and personalities which inspire the community.
Sjava was awarded the accolade for Musician of the year at the award ceremony and took the chance to make a fashion statement at the event. The rapper wore what seemed to be a wedding gown and a box on his head with members of the LGBTI community who had been murdered.
