It appears that Phori is capable of producing any popular music genre in South Ah and there is no doubt that he is currently one of the go-to co-producer right now. In one of his Twitter posts, the acclaimed Producer shared an idea that some would’ve considered a good move for SA hip hop. Phori considered having the SA hip hop heavyweights in the studio work together on a song, to which he popped a question to his followers for verification. Responding to Dj Maphorisa, Emtee was not against the idea of having him and his other hip hp peers working together on a hip hop hit. “Dweet!” Responded Emtee. As a solo producer, Phori has worked with a wide spectrum of musicians, including A-Reece, Mlindo, Sjava, Shekhinah, Zingah, Kwesta, and Cassper Nyovest, to name a few.
