Cruz Afrika is one the artists who have been pushing his hustle all year long. For all this hard work he felt he deserved an acknowledgement through a nomination from South African Hip Hop Awards 2019. Unfortunately, he didn’t make the list of any category, more especially the one he felt he should’ve occupied – of Best Freshman.
The category has the likes of The Big Hash, Jimmy Wiz, Flame, Touchline, and Patrixlee for their 2019 big projects.
The Godly rapper took to twitter confront SA hip hop awards. He said that they are overlooking him and threw it to their faces they may not recognize him but Hash Tag radio does. He showed a list of the biggest songs with him included for his latest single titled Love featuring Rhyme.
“We on Hash tag….#TeamCruzAfrika and forget about the @SA_HipHopAwards they are sleeping and blind to see the work,” he wrote.
