For Big Zulu it was a bit different following the release of his 150 Bars diss track aimed at big-name rappers in Mzansi. The Zulu rapper opted to put a disclaimer on his track in a bid to express that there is no bad blood with the rappers that he dragged on his song.

Its not surprising 150 Bars hits 1 Million Plays on YouTube in a space of 4 days and trending number 1 in South Africa. Taking to Twitter, the Nkabi Records boss celebrated the success of the song at the same time acknowledging the dominance of another Nkabi Records song Voicemail.

Even though K.O is the only rapper who responded to the 150 Bars diss track, he also complimented Nkabi for bringing back the much-needed excitement in SA rap. @BigZulu_ZN brought back all the excitement SA Hiphop was in dire need of. Respect that man,” tweeted K.O.

Pearl Thusi who is also a big fan of Big Zulu also came through and praised the Zulu rapper for bringing back the life to SA hip hop. The iconic actress extols the rapper’s awakening of the hip hop genre during the same time for the Zulu King’s coronation. “Big Zulu catalyzing the revival of SA hip hop around the same time the Zulu King being coronated is kinda dope,” tweeted Pearl Thusi.
