Nasty C and Gemini Major Feature On Compilation Album For Coming 2 America Movie. Be it international collaborations or features in series or films, SA hip-hop’s reach is wide.

Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela took to twitter to announce that Nasty C and Gemini Major are a part of a few selected local artists who’s music will feature on the compilation album for Coming 2 America.

Mphela tweeted, “MUSIC: Local artists feature in Coming 2 America album While not the official soundtrack album, Def Jam Africa will be putting out a companion album to the movie featuring Mzansi stars such as Nasty C, Tellaman, Gemini Major, Prince Kaybee & DJ Ganyani“.

Phil also released the track list for the compilation album and it revealed that Nasty C’s single featuring songstress Ari Lennox Black and White from his album Zulu Man With Some Power. Gemini Major’s single featuring multi-talented Anatii Loke Loke is also featured on the album.

Gemini Major also shared the news with his Instagram followers. He captioned the photo “LokeLoke on the #coming2america soundtrack, Rhythms of Zamunda“.

Other artists featured on the compilation album include De Mthuda, Njelic, Prince Kaybee, DJ Ganyani, and Sha Sha. The movie is set to be released on the 5th of March 2021.

Another South African who was involved in the creation of the film was creator of Maxhosa Africa Laduma Ngxololo. Some of the characters in the film will appear wearing the fashion designer’s garments. Actress and social activist Nomzamo Mbatha will also appear in the film.
