Some SA rappers are gearing up to release brand new albums and have been getting their fans excited for what’s to come. Here’s a look at this Friday’s offering.

25K – Pheli Makaveli (Intro)

25K‘s upcoming album is one of the most highly anticipated album releases of 2021, and to keep up the excitement he dropped off the intro to the album, Pheli Makaveli (Intro). The rapper recently secured an exciting partnership with Sony Music Entertainment and will be releasing the album under the label.

Okmalumkoolkat – 100k Macassete Mixtape

Okmalumkoolkat announced recently that he wanted to re-release his 100k Macassete Mixtape. The mixtape was originally released in 2015. He mentioned that he redesigned the artwork himself and although it was a slight challenge he enjoyed it.

Priddy Ugly Featuring Youngsta CPT – The Pen

Priddy Ugly is another rapper who is gearing up to release an album in 2021 which he has already called the album of the year. The heavyweight lyricist teams up with Youngsta CPT to drop The Pen on anticipation for his new album. The rappers also dropped the music video for the single. No release date has been set for the album as of yet.

Big Xhosa Featuring iFani – iKuku Endala

Big Xhosa caught everybody’s attention when he dropped his diss to SA Hip Hop NINYILE. The young rapper has now teamed up with fellow Xhosa rapper iFani to drop a new single that has been a long time coming. The two rappers have been teasing their fans about the upcoming the release and it is finally here.
