Lucasraps Explains Why He Moved From His R14 Million Crib

Lucasraps is one of the SA hip-hop artists who made headlines after he moved into an R14 million mansion following a record label deal with Def Jam. During an interview on ESAM Podcast, the Durban rapper confirmed that he moved away from the pricey mansion to a much better crib.

Lucasraps started by refuting the rumours that he was not the owner of the house. “You know when you get a lease, so with me I don’t have a fixed income, so I get paid this day, that day,” he said. The rapper stated that he doesn’t have the credit for him to get the house in his name. “I have the money but I don’t have the credit to go and get the crib,” said Lucasraps.

Lucasraps explained he was using his manager’s credit hence he got the lease under his name but he is the one who has to pay for the house. “My manager has the credit right, so under his name you get the lease, but I have to pay for the motherf**ckr,” he explained.

The 22-year-old rapper confirmed that he paid the R14 million house lease and moved out once the six-month lease was up. “I’m done with the crib, I had the lease, I paid it for, I moved out, I completed my six months lease,” he said.

Not only is he a music lover, but the rapper also revealed that he is a lover of dogs and he is an owner of a pit bull. Lucasraps mentioned that he received a phone call from Waterfall stating to him that he was living with an illegal pet in his household.

I get an email from Waterfall like you have an illegal pet in your house, apparently, Pit bulls are illegal in Waterfall Estate,” he said. “Now I’m like, I’m not gonna give the n**ga away (dog) I f*ckng love the dog so I ended up getting another place,” he explained.

The rapper confirmed that he has moved from a much better house in the North than the one that made headlines in the past. “I find this spot and its f**cking amazing like I haven’t posted it because sometimes you don’t want too many people to know.”

“From my personal perspective, that was a maza, but now this one is the master, saying like 30 trees in my driveway.” “To make you understand, not it’s like flex or whatever but just like to make you understand as I went from just a driveway garage to like 30 trees driving to the garage.” “So now the n*gga has space to run around, like run yourself crazy, so that’s why I moved out bro,” he said.
